How to make a refund

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied of your purchase, you can return one or more products no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. You will be refunded the amount spent for the returned goods, excluding any shipping and gift packaging costs. We do not accept returns, instead, for customized or customized products.

Return procedure

To make a return, fill out the form in the contact section within 14 days of delivery, inserting the words "Return Request" accompanied by the order number in the subject.

In the message you must specify: :
- the order number
- name and code of the items you want to return
- the reason for the return (the specification has the sole purpose of improving our services)

You will be contacted by our customer service to concorde the terms of returns. The shipment must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Amano Gioielli reserves the right to refuse refunds communicated or sent after the set period.

The product must necessarily be returned under the following conditions:
– the product must not have been used
– the package must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches
– the product must be accompanied by the attached warranty

Items returned and not accepted will be returned to the sender.

Refund procedure

After our warehouse has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been satisfied, you will receive an e-mail to confirm acceptance of the refund. The refund amount will be equal to the sum of the returned items excluding shipping costs. the refund will be made within 48 hours of receiving our return acceptance email.
